When was the last time you looked at your commercial log?
Take 20 minutes with your Traffic Director and walk through a day. Examine it and ask questions. I did it the other day and found a fixed-position spot campaign that I was involved in pitching had double the amount of spots sold in morning drive.
This, at a time when we were sold out … OUCH!Talk with your PD about where your stopsets are placed and ask why.
With the popularity of shorter message units, are your breaks stacked with 3 :10s on top of your normal :60s' load in one break, and 1 :10 in the other, creating many more UNITS in some breaks than others.
It's time well spent. Do it today.
