I just love this. Here are couple of my faves ... then go read them all and share them with your PD and programming team.
L is LOCAL: This is the most important concept for radio's long-term survival in this digital world. EVERY mic break should have a local element. Street name. Highway. Town name. Local hotspot. EVERY break.
Q is for QUESTION EVERYTHING. Just because it's "always been done that way" means nothing now in the on-demand You Tube/'smart phone as my personal radio" era.
