The holidays are a great time to remind your staff of how much you appreciate them.

Don't wait until the first of December to figure out how you are going to do a holiday party for your staff with no budget.

Now's a good time to approach a local restaurant as one of them, I'm sure, will do some trade with you to promote their holiday party availability and/or catering.

Don't be a scrooge ... Think ahead, take care of those that take care of you and give 'em a good party!
