The NFL Pro Bowl is next weekend. This is where the best of the best square off in a game where neither really tries, but it is a showcase of the premiere players in the league, minus those playing in the Super Bowl next weekend.

Uh, oh ... am I allowed to say Super Bowl in this column? I meant "Big Game."

Take a good look at your staff as you think about the Pro Bowl. Would your morning host make the YOUR MARKET Pro Bowl for mornings? If not, why not? What about your Program Director, Sales Manager, Chief Engineer. Consider your entire staff:

• Your business office is the Defensive Line
• Your sales staff is the O-Line
• Your engineers are the safeties.

Just how good is your team? If they are all not getting YOUR vote, are they good enough to be in your team to compete to win? If not, start thinking about your next move because you just won't get there with a bunch of second and third-stringers.
