Fred Jacobs in his jacBLOG last week made a good point about "Dogfooding" your station. Dogfooding is a computer software term which refers to creators/managers. He cites an example where Facebook Product Manager Josh Williams blocked some Facebook employees access to Facebook website internally, forcing those people to use the Facebook mobile app ... "eat your own dog food" or discover more about the true user experience.
Fred suggests that radio station managers should do the same by, for example, only listening to their station over the stream and then when that's over do the same with your app, or aggregated apps like iHeartRadio and TuneIn.
