With Miami recently winning another national title, I reflected on a column here back in 2010 where we wrote about LeBron is going to Miami ... it still matters today.

Why? He wants a ring ... well, and the $$$$$$$$.

Don't you too? To get the ring (and the money) you need to:

• Recruit and retain the best
• Don't settle for a "B" team when "A" is available
• Create a winning environment full of participation, expectations, and rewards
• Don't settle. For anything.
• Work harder
• Work smarter

I don't mean to read like a self-help book or same business book dribble, but it's about basics. Think about it. Be better. We're done. Sadly, better in most of our industry is not great. Just imagine if you got really great. WOW!
