Holiday ideas (that you still have plenty of time to set up) THAT SELL!

Black Friday Traffic -- do special traffic reports around area malls and big shopping centers. Offer tips for ways in and where parking might be available on the biggest shopping day of the year!

Shopping Sprees -- work with a mall and do a giveaway a day of a mall gift card to all stores

12 Days of Christmas -- Countdown the 12 Days of Christmas with a nice prize each day. Do registration locations at key advertiser/partners and sell an over-riding sponsorship of the whole thing

12 Guitars of Christmas -- Especially for Rock-oriented stations, work with a local music retailer and get guitars then get them signed by key artists in your format. It can be done.
Put them on display at area retailer/advertiser with details on how to win!

Santa's Sleigh -- Work with an auto dealer to get a car for the season (or if they won't provide, rent one of the same model) ... of course you have to charge enough to justify.
"Fill" the "Sleigh" with great prizes then take it around to area malls, shopping centers and high-traffic areas in a remote scenario. You can sell the "sleigh," gift sponsors and destination sponsors.
