Did you know that, according to the RAB, most sales are closed between the hours of 7a and 1p? 70% of them, in fact. Another 20% are between 1p and 4p, and 10% are after 4p.
So, do you have one of those sales staffs that meander in around 8:30a, mill about getting coffee, chatting with co-workers, then sit down at their desk going through paperwork for an hour or so and not actually getting in to see a client or prospect until after 10:30a or so?
I don't have to tell you that you've blown 50% of the time when you are most likely to close business.
Set a new schedule for them.....
