Did you know one of the first lines in your license is to "Serve the Community?" It's so easy these days to get bogged down in corporate initiatives, daily pacing, HR issues, PPM weeklies, etc. and we forget that word ... SERVE.

You run an outlet(s) with a great big bullhorn. Use it to do some good. Not just through the July 4 holiday, but beyond.

You'd be surprised how doing some good not only is quite fulfilling, but opens doors to people you never would have met ... and have tremendous business influence.

Go. Serve your community.
