With the passing of Neil Armstrong, a true American hero, this past weekend I got to thinking about "Firsts." We all know Neil's first and while some might argue what we do pales in comparison, still, we should all strive for firsts. From Big to Small...

1. Are you first to respond to an avail?
2. Are you first in your target demo?
3. Are you first to send a thank-you note?
4. Are you first to create a new programming concept or idea that generates new dollars?
5. Are you first in every morning?
6. Are you first in market billing?
7. Are you first to respond to your community in a time of need?

I could go on and on and while you may not walk on the moon, you can walk taller when you are first!
