Watch for new franchises opening in your area! The best way to find out are local business news publications, Chambers of Commerce, and simply keeping your eyes open.

Often times, new franchises will have launch dollars that if you get in early enough, you can claim. Stop by during construction with a box of donuts or bagels in the morning, compliments of your station and a note.

Make sure when the time comes to open the doors they call you to promote their Grand Opening!
