Call me cheesy, but I love good quotes. This weekend, we kick off the 2010 college football season and some of the best quotes come from college football coaches ... Here's a sampling!

Lou Holtz / Arkansas -- "The man who complains about the way the ball bounces is likely to be the one who dropped it."
