Which of your "A" players have gotten off to a slow start this year? As their income shrinks, so does the desire to stick around. Ratings, realistic budgets and cluster support all contribute to a happy sales department. "A" level players are the key to your revenue goals. Don't let them walk.

2008 should be the year of realistic goals. You should be at 90% of budget by today ... only two more weeks in the month and at least 8% of the remaining budget needs to book this week. Do you have the pending this week to hit goal? What about your Internet revenue goals? The plan should be at least 4% of your monthly billing.
