Account attrition is running about 28%; what is your plan to replace those accounts on a monthly basis? The attrition percentage could go north of 30% before 2007 is over. Given the economy, no one can afford to lose even one account.

Check the percentage of increase that your station voice talents are asking for. I have reviewed dozens of renewals with an average increase of 10%. Are you going to get a 10% raise in 2008?

The station holiday party is right around the corner ... two-drink maximum at the party. Ending the year with a lawsuit or pictures of one of your department heads smooching with an intern would really suck.

December is the biggest slack-off month of the year. Set the tone that everyone is going to work full days during December Walk the sales department late in the afternoon; the work you are doing in December will show up in Q1 of 2008.

As we enter the final month of the year, is there something different you would do next year in order to change the way radio is sold, perceived, or programmed? As a GM, perhaps change can come from you. It doesn't seem to be coming from above.
