This is the last column of the year. AllAccess.com will still be here right through the holidays with all the breaking news, but this column is on hiatus until January 4th.

I hope I don't have to tell you do this, but take some time for YOU over the holidays. This year kicked all of our butts and you need to re-charge and re-connect with your family and friends.

They put up with a lot from you ... all the stress, all the long days, all the extra time at home working. Tell them you love them. Tell them you appreciate their support. Tell them you will be better next year at not bringing it all home.

And tell yourself something, too. This year was rough. You didn't all of a sudden get stupid. We're all feeling it. But you're good or you wouldn't still be there ... believe me, you wouldn't ... So pump yourself up a bit and kick some a#@ in 2010. We'll be here to help.
