The programming department should be totally ready for the FALL book. It starts in 2 weeks. Ask for a review of the plan. (it should have been done 4 weeks ago.) Any new competition? Web site ready and up to date? Address with them today. The war is on! Are you ready to win?

How is the P&L for AUGUST coming? By now you should have a firm grasp of Q3. Are the numbers close? Make the adjustments in order to make the year. Now is the time.

If you are doing a live and local talk show, how secure is your delay? There are huge fines for dropping the "F" bomb on the air. A friend of mine allowed one to get on the air from a club remote live this past weekend. Not good. Make sure every board op knows what to do. Your PD must train. Ignorance is no excuse.
