With the Spring book rolling out, make sure you have your "story" on the street before the competition "spins" the results. It's always a good idea to review with the entire sales department so everyone is "on message."

Ask your DOS/GM for a report on all annual business placed in 2005. Then, ask them for a detailed strategy to grow that business by an agreed upon percentage. By the way, when was the last time you met with these annual clients?

After reviewing individual A/E pacing and projections you take 25 minutes to meet with the 3 A/E's lowest to goal and do a one on one to find out why they are so far behind.

Are you doing a great job of communicating with your boss? Does he/she know all of the challenges you are facing? Does he/she buy into your plan to address the challenges you have? Is he or she getting you the resources you need to grow your cluster?
