Is there a club policy for your staff? Late night remotes can be worrysome. Avoid problems with your "street team" by making sure they know the rules on drinking, socalizing with listeners, and use of company vehicles. This is another area where you are never to far away from expensive litigation. Have a firm policy, review it with your PD(s), and consult your lawyer if necessary.

Letting someone go is neither pleasant or cheap. make sure you have a paper trail on anyone being let go. Know the rules on constructive dismissal. Then "get it done" with poise and empanthay. Make sure your business manager is in the room with you, and leave the terminated employee with dignity.
