Review your talent contract schedule, start working on key renewals early...the longer you wait the more leverage your talent has.

Have you finalized all of your 2006 comp plans for your sales managers....consider a lower base and a higher reward for override performance....with 3% predicted growth, your going to need the performance of a lifetime out of your sales managers.

Get out of the month by 12/16.....you have either made your yearly BCF or not....you need to get off to a strong start for Jan 06 and 1st Qtr......the longer you wait the tougher it will be to gain momentum.

Business is pacing very slow for December, call your sales manager into the office and have them present their strategic plan to hit December budget. Review Dec 04 vs. 05 comps, top 50 account strategy and opportunities they are creating to take dollars off the table before they are availed.
