There's a great new tool available to real estate companies and agents where a prospective buyer is standing in front of a listing and wants to know more.

They simply text an inquiry to the realtors short code and using GPS technology, instant information is sent to their smart phone like pictures, price, nearby schools, etc.

And, the texter's cell number is forwarded to the listing agent indicating an interested party is in front of their house for sale. Pretty cool stuff.

We just got an order from a real estate company that wants to let people know this service is out there. Call the two or three biggest realtors in your market and take them a campaign to help build awareness of this very cool new tool!
