So, LeBron is going to Miami?

Why? He wants a ring ... well, that and the $$$$$$$$.

Don't you, too? To get the ring (and the money) you need to:

• Recruit and retain the best.
• Don't settle for a "B" team when "A" is available.
• Create a winning environment full of participation, expectations and rewards
• Don't settle. For anything.
• Work harder.
• Work smarter.

I don't mean to read like a self-help book or same business book dribble, but it's about basics. Think about it. Be better. We're done. Sadly, better in most of our industry is not great. Just imagine if you got really great. WOW!
