Spring Cleaning.

Now is a good time, as you head into Q2, that you take a good look at your internal systems -- everything from remote checklists, to the process for sponsorship copy, to promotion follow-up. 

Depending on the size of your company and your internal processes for electronic order entry to e-approvals, there is relatively inexpensive software out there that can live on your server and can process approvals for anything from a promotion request form to check requests, to time off authorization forms.  They can all live in your system with an automated approval process and not only do you save so much time, you save a lot of trees.
