More on iPad App Usage

Localytics analysis of iPad app usage shows that Music is one of the top categories, no matter how you define it. Surprisingly, in overall time spent the apps, while Music ranked #2, Games ranked 7th. However, when you look a the top app categories from the perspective of app sessions per month, Games dwarfs all other categories, indicating that people play games on the iPad more like they do on other mobile devices, rather than as they might do on PCs.
