iPad 3 Buzz

Rumors are heating up big time about the iPad 3. Multiple sources are reporting that the device will be released on March 7th. Those same sources are hedging on whether the tablet will officially be the “iPad 3.” As we saw last year with the iPhone 4S, Apple sometimes reserves the new number designations for devices with significant changes. Most are predicting that the 3rd iteration of the iPad will not be substantially different from the iPad 2.The next version is expected to be faster and have a better screen resolution, but apparently there will be no quantum leap forward from the current model.
