Check out the ticketing policies listed on John Mayer's website regarding his upcoming tour. While this is good news for fans who lose out when tours sell out quickly, it's bad news for scalpers and concert goers who cannot attend a show they've purchased tickets for. Yet another battle with major upsides and downsides brought on by the digital age.
