Gaga Launches Social Network

This summer, Lady Gaga's own social network, LittleMonsters.com (still in beta), will go live. The site was developed by the Backplane and is meant to unite Gaga fans from around the world. "We love Facebook, we embrace it. Facebook's around your social graph; we want to organize people around interests, affinities and movements," says Matt Michelsen, founder of the Backplane who worked with Gaga and her management to create the site. With one of the largest and most passionate fanbases in the world, it will be interesting to see what Gaga can do with her site.
