YouTube To Make Channel Cuts?

The NY Post reported this week on rumors that video giant YouTube will soon be cutting a significant number of their less successful original content channels. Along with the cut will come another round of funding for new development. From there, the cycle of cutting old shows and developing new ones will likely continue. According to the Post, these decisions will be based "on the time viewers spend on the channel — and not just how many views each channel gets."
