New Nintendo Wii Due this Fall

Apple may have received most of the attention this week, but other major product announcements were made also. Nintendo followed Apple by a day, introducing its new Wii U game console. Nintendo stressed the fact that it will have a full complement of games ready for the unit as soon as it is available. As with most game consoles, the Wii U will have a variety of other video streaming capabilities, turning it into more of an entertainment center. The device will go on sale in the US in mid-November, in Europe in late December and in Japan in December. Read all about it from PC World.
