Ticketmaster's Paperless Problem

Ticketmaster has been taking some heat this week because of a new paperless ticketing system introduced for 3 of Radiohead's upcoming shows in London. The system, which requires ticket purchasers to pick up their tickets the day of the event at the venue, was implemented to help stop 'touts' who buy tickets in bulk and resell for profit. Instead, it has angered many fans who aren't able to attend the concert and now have no option of reselling back to Ticketmaster or giving away their tickets to friends and family.
