Next Up for Apple: The iPad Mini?

 In the wake of record sales of the iPhone 5 – not to mention controversy surrounding their new maps app, camera and more – Apple is apparently getting ready to roll out  a smaller iPad. The so-called “iPad Mini” will have a 7.85-inch screen (down from 9 inches on the existing model) and a smaller price tag.
