AEG Introduces New Online Booking Service

AEG took on Ticketmaster this week with the introduction of their new "fan friendly" booking service, called AXS. The new service was designed to ease fan frustration with website crashes and other problems caused during ticket rushes. One of the neatest new features will be a "'waiting room,' which lets users log their details and purchase information from 30 minutes before the tickets go on sale."
