Some interesting, though not surprising views on online advertising were revealed in an Adobe survey of 1,250 U.S. consumers and marketers' this week. Around 30% of consumers don't believe online advertising to be effective, compared to about 16% of advertisers with the same belief, and 66% of consumers believed TV ads to be more successful than online advertising. Most people in the survey described online ads as "annoying" and "distracting." See the rest of the informative (and entertaining) results here.
