Ian Rogers Joins Beats' New Music Subscription Service

Beats' upcoming music service, which they are calling 'Daisy', has hired industry veteran Ian Rogers to build the new company and launch it. Rogers will continue to stay involved with his startup Topspin, and in turn Beats' will be making a strategic investment in Topspin. According to Beats, Daisy will differentiate itself from other streaming services by "working hard to curate and program music for users, rather than hoping they find interesting stuff on their own."
