Twitter to Feature TV?

This week it was reported that Twitter is close to reaching partnership deals with Viacom and NBC. The deals, according to Bloomberg, "would bring more high-quality video content and advertising to the social site". One of the major goals of adding more premium video content to Twitter is likely to bring in more advertising revenue, which they would split with the networks involved in the deal.
