Dreamworks Close to Buying AwesomenessTV

According to sources close to the deal, DreamWorks Animation is very close to buying YouTube's would-be Nickelodeon network, Awesomeness TV. Awesomeness, which is geared towards next –generation teens and tweens, launched last summer and has continued to generate positive buzz ever since. The digital network now has nearly 500,000 subscribers and more than 80 million views.
