iHeartRadio Adds On-Demand Talk and Listener Participation Feature

Clear Channel announced this week that it would be adding on-demand talk programming and a feature that allows listener participation to its iHeartRadio platform. Talk radio content from ABC News, American Public Media, TMZ, and more will be added to the online radio platform, and podcasts will be added from publishers like TWiT, the Nerdist, and the Onion. Listener contributions will be powered by a web audio recording startup called Spreaker - if users have a Spreaker app, they will be able to upload contributions with just a push of a button.
