Terrestrial Radio Tests Song Skipping

It was reported last week that hot AC station WMEE (based out of Ft. Wayne, IN) is beta-testing a feature which would allow those listening to the station via PC to skip up to 6 songs an hour. According to Inside Radio, the idea behind the feature is that "allowing a reasonable number of skips per hour will ultimately increase listening times and grow audiences".
