VMA Viewers Up 66% This Year

All the buzz around the 2013 MTV VMAs definitely delivered big numbers this year – Sunday's broadcast of the popular video awards show averaged about 10.1 million viewers, up 66% from last year. No doubt that performances from top artists like Justin Timberlake, Kanye, Miley Cyrus, Lady Gaga, and Katy Perry helped drive these huge increases, as well as MTV's majorly amped-up social media marketing efforts.
