Joint Venture Azoff MSG Entertainment Formed

It was announced this week that Irving Azoff and the Madison Square Garden Company have teamed up to form a jointly owned company – Azoff MSG Entertainment. The $300 million dollar venture will "expand on AMM's artist representation business to include music publishing, television production, live event branding, and digital marketing". Azoff will reportedly bring in clients from Azoff Music Management, and MSG will in turn give his company 50% ownership in their new company. Read more about the Azoff MSG Entertainment here.
