VMA-Related Music Sales Up 37%

It's been a week since the highly successful MTV Video Music Awards, and VMA-related music sales are still up about 37%. This includes sales for performers Justin Timberlake, Kanye West, Robin Thicke, and Katy Perry, whose show-closing song "Roar" was the largest-selling song overall. The album with the biggest VMA-related percentage gain was Mary Lambert's "Letters Don't Talk" EP, which debuted at #34 on the Heatseekers album chart this week.
