73% of Cable Customers Want A La Carte

According to a recent PricewaterhouseCoopers study, only 14% of cable customers are satisfied with their current packages, and 73% of customers would prefer a la carte service. These numbers only further support the growing popularity of "cord cutting" among cable subscribers. But although many customers want changes in their service, they aren't willing to pay a lot of money for a la carte channels – only 38% would be willing to pay more than 3$ per channel per month.
