Break Media and Alloy Digital Merge

It was announced yesterday that online video companies Break Media and Alloy Digital will soon merge. A new company will reportedly result from the deal, called Defy Media, and reach more than 50 million unique visitors each month and bring in over $100 million in revenue annually. Defy Media will produce even more original content, and target the same demographic as both Alloy and Break: 12-34 year old viewers. Read more about the Break Media and Alloy Digital merger here.
