Roku Introduces Branded Smart TV Sets

Streaming set-top box maker Roku announced at CES this week that they will be releasing Roku-branded TV sets in fall 2014. According to Fast Company there will be 6 Roku TV models, ranging from 32-55 inches, and they will have many of the same basic specs as the Roku 2 and Roku 3. CEO Anthony Wood believes that introducing a line of branded TVs will "help his company overcome a major hurdle for manufacturers". Read more about why here.
