Streaming + Music Industry Revenue

Billboard published an interesting article this week suggesting that the music streaming industry will eventually result in more overall industry revenue. Two of the main points behind the article include: early adopters of streaming services are, generally, high-volume purchasers of music who are indie-leaning and tech-savvy, and the fact that consumers who pay for streaming services are likely to spend 3 times more than the average consumer on music per year.
