The Future of YouTube's Design

Fast Company posted a very interesting article this week on the future of YouTube's design, and how and why the company's User Experience team plans to make the video service seamlessly beautiful. According to the article, design head Ian Spalter's goal for YouTube is to clean out the clutter, make the site easier to navigate, increase discovery among users, and eventually make the site "as beautiful as it is useful".
