Billboard and Twitter Charts

Billboard and Twitter announced this week that they will be partnering to create track and artist charts. The multi-year partnership will utilize the "authority of the Billboard charts and Twitter's public, real-time data", and will chart emerging artists and top tracks and artists being discussed on Twitter.
