iTunes Music Store to Get Overhaul?

According to inside sources, iTunes Radio's inability to halt declining music downloads (only 1%-2% of listeners click the buy button) has prompted Apple to give the iTunes music store a significant overhaul. The overhaul is said to potentially include: "an on-demand streaming service, an iTunes store for Google's Android devices and negotiating download sales windows that favor Apple".
