The FCC made headlines last week when they voted and approved a framework for a controversial "Internet fast lane". And while many have protested this kind of Internet regulation, the framework will include rules designed to prevent service providers from disctiminating against traffic. Acccording to Gigaom, they "are an effort to continue on the legal path the FCC believes is the best and fastest way to get net neutrality back on the books.
