Shazam Now Available on Macs

Shazam's song recognition technology found a new home this week, on your computer. The popular app, which has until now only been available on mobile, was just made available as a desktop function for Mac users. According to Mashable, "once Shazam for Mac is enabled, the software will run in the background and automatically recognize any song played on or near the computer, including songs playing in the background of TV shows or YouTube videos."
