Netflix/Time Warner Peering Deal

It was announced this week that Netflix has signed a paid peering deal with Time Warner Cable – the last of the four big ISPs to do a deal with the streaming video giant. According to Gigaom, this deal should mean an improvement to Netflix streaming for "Time Warner Cable's broadband subscribers who also like to tune into Netflix fare".
